Do you charge a travel fee? We do not charge a travel fee for appointments within our main service areas, (Surrey, Langley etc) For locations significantly outside our standard radius (20+km), a small fuel surcharge may apply. Contact us for car detailing travel fee inquires!
Can you detail my car if I live in an apartment? Answer: Yes! We frequently service clients in apartments, condos, and high-rise buildings. Please ensure your building has a car wash stall or suitable area with access to water and electricity for us to perform the service.
Can you detail my car at my workplace? Answer: Yes! We can provide mobile detailing at your office as long as building management allows it and there is access to a water source and electrical outlet. This is a convenient option for clients who want their vehicles serviced right at work.

Will my appointment start on time? At Complete Auto Detailing, we value your time and strive to arrive as scheduled. If there are any changes, we’ll always notify you by text or call so you know exactly when we’ll arrive to start your car detailing service.
What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept e-transfers and cash for all services. We’re working on adding credit card and debit payments, and will update our customers once these options are available.
Do I need to be present during the service? Not at all! Many clients simply leave their keys in a safe spot or meet us briefly at the start. Once the detailing is complete, we can share photos of the finished result. Payment can be made by cash or e-transfer, making the process convenient and hassle-free.
How long does a car detailing service take? A professional detail usually takes 2 to 6 hours, depending on the package selected and your vehicle’s condition. We provide a precise time estimate when you book, so you can plan your day with confidence.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment? We understand that schedules can change! If you need to reschedule your mobile car detailing, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients efficiently.
Can you provide mobile detailing at a townhouse? Answer: Yes! Townhouse locations are no problem for our mobile setup. As long as there’s enough space to park our service vehicle beside yours or access a nearby visitor parking spot, we can perform a full detailing service on-site. Please note: we require access to a water source and an electrical outlet to complete the service.
